Magnificent and magnificent drama performed the red classic "the baise uprising" and appeared at the 16th China Drama Festival.
Nanning Evening News (Reporter Li Zongwen) Recently, the first play of the 16th China Drama Festival — — Zhuang drama "the baise uprising" appeared in Fuzhou Workers’ Cultural Palace. The play is a project supported by the Propaganda Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Party Committee, and was created and arranged by Guangxi Theatre Academy.
The baise uprising, a Zhuang drama, set in the baise uprising, Guangxi in 1929, tells the glorious practice of the Communist Party of China (CPC)’s "armed separation of workers and peasants" in minority areas of Guangxi. The combination of epic and drama and the beautiful singing of Zhuang opera left a deep impression on the audience. The China Theatre Festival Organizing Committee also awarded the 16th China Drama and the 16th China Theatre Festival Excellent Drama Award to Guangxi Theatre Academy.
The 16th China Drama Festival, with the theme of "Pursuing Dreams and Inheriting Classics in the New Era", was held in Fuzhou from October 26th to November 12th. Thirty outstanding plays performed by 30 art groups and units across the country met the audience, covering 24 art forms.
