The individual clauses of the relevant laws that are not suitable for the needs of reform shall be revised together by means of overall revision of laws. In the past five years, a total of 15 decisions to amend laws as a whole have been reviewed and approved, involving 95 amendments to laws, and reforms in administrative examination and approval and vocational qualification recognition have been continuously promoted.
