Lingke 08 EM-P has become a dark horse. It went on the market in September last year and quickly sold over 10,000 vehicles a month. Now its sales volume is stable at around 6,000 vehicles, and it also has visibility in Shanghai. What’s remarkable about it?
One day in may, we tested the performance version of the 08 EM-P 220 km four-wheel drive. The guide price is 1958-288,000 yuan, equipped with a 1.5T engine and a 39.6-degree battery pack, with a pure battery life of 220km.

There are five power modes: pure electricity, performance, super extended range, off-road and personality. Pure electricity is easy to understand, performance should refer to three machines in parallel, and the range extension is in series, but what does super range extension mean? It should be the integration of "intelligence" and "extended range" in the world, which is called super extended range. That is to say, it is mainly based on extended range series connection, but the engine can also directly drive the vehicle when necessary to realize series-parallel connection.
Although it is called super extended range, the Lectra 08 EM-P is a standard plug-in hybrid SUV. The loss of electricity and fuel consumption has become a core issue that everyone cares about and is also the focus of this test.
Plug-in hybrid models, can you use pure battery life for 0km?
The answer is: yes. But it needs manual operation.?? ?

On the first day of the test, drive in pure electric mode. When the cruising range is only 18km, the electric quantity will be displayed in yellow, and the synchronous system will automatically start the "super extended range" mode, and the engine will start to work as a generator. At this time, you need to manually change the driving mode from "super extended range" to "pure electricity", so you can still drive as a pure tram.
In this way, until the pure electric cruising range becomes 0km, the system automatically starts the super extended range mode. At this time, the power consumption in the upper Duan Chun power mode is 16.3 kWh/100 km.

By the end of the day’s trip, the pure battery life was restored from 0 to 12km, the fuel life was reduced from 367km to 330km, and a total of 25km was traveled from 0 power to parking.
This is equivalent to the fact that the LEEK 08 EM-P exchanged 37km of fuel life for 12km of pure battery life +25km of actual mileage when it ran out of power. Needless to say, this mileage is quite accurate.
Moreover, it can be seen that when the power is recovered from 0km, it is basically 2km to recover 1km.

After standing for one night, the pure battery life dropped to 10km, a decrease of 2km. In order to find the shooting location of the starting point, we drove another 1km. At this time, the pure battery life was only 5km, and the fuel life was still 330km.
Under this background, we started the high-speed power loss test. Go west along Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway, turn north at Fenhu Hub, and drive along Changjia Expressway; Then turn east at Dongbang Hub, drive along the southeast of Shenhai Expressway, and finally turn to the outer ring to the Wisdom Bay Park on Lianyi Road.

Halfway on Changjia Expressway, the pure battery life finally recovered to 18km, and the battery logo changed from yellow to green. At this time, 119km has passed since the departure.
In other words, in the case of low-speed driving in urban areas, the battery life needs to travel 25km; from 0 to 12 km; At high speed, the battery life needs to travel 119km from 5-18 km. It can be seen that when driving at medium and high speed, the battery charging efficiency of the engine is much lower than that at medium and low speed, because at this time, the engine is not only used as a generator, but also as a power source to directly output power and work in parallel.
So the advice for everyone is: if you want to run at a high speed, try not to use the electricity below 18km; Even if it is accidentally lower than 18km, don’t change it back to "pure electricity" manually, just let the system use "super extended range" naturally, so the fuel consumption at high speed will be lower.

The next day, the whole test was 193km, 90% high speed, 10% urban area, with an average speed of 77 km/h.
The average fuel consumption shown on the table is 6.3L/100km, and the average power consumption is -5.8kWh/100km. If the power consumption is converted into fuel consumption, the fuel consumption of LEEK 08 EM-P will be lower, about 4.7L. This is far below the 6L advertised. It shows that this system is still very fuel-efficient at high speed.
If you don’t "hard" run the power to 0km on the first day, then the fuel consumption of the next day will definitely be lower.

At the high speed, we used the LECK 08 EM-P for assisted driving. No matter the longitudinal ACC or the transverse LCC, it was very stable. When passing through the ramp with large curvature, we could handle it freely after slowing down.
When driving manually, there are some slight nods at the moment when the brakes stop; However, in the auxiliary driving state, there is no obvious nod when the brake stops. At the same time, the information display is complete, which can display the construction of the next lane, triangle cone and so on.
Link 08 EM-P can’t realize NOA in urban areas without modern lidar. But the high-speed NOA was not found on the first day of test drive.

Coincidentally, in the evening, we received the OTA push. After 40 minutes, it was upgraded to Flyme Auto version 1.4.0, which mainly added NOA advanced intelligent navigation assistance and some practical functions:
▎ Change lane by shifting lever: When a dozen turn signals are used in the auxiliary driving state, the vehicle will automatically change to the adjacent lane when it is detected to be safe. This is in Tesla, and it takes 32,000 yuan to buy EAP.
▎ Emergency steering assist function, when the vehicle is in danger and the manual intervention is not timely, the system will automatically turn to let the vehicle avoid obstacles, which is often called emergency avoidance.
▎ Automatic auxiliary parking, which can automatically adjust the direction to complete parking when the parking space is clearly marked. We tried it in the open-air parking lot of Wisdom Bay, and the overall situation was quite smooth, and it was successfully put into storage.

In the actual driving of more than 400 kilometers in two days, the Lectra 08 EM-P gives people a very balanced feeling, with very good handling and the chassis has the texture of a luxury car. The design is highly original and the space is enough. I feel that every family member can open it in every scene.
Especially the seat, sedentary and not tired, coupled with the stable L2 auxiliary driving, long-distance running has become a pleasant experience.
