From the perspective of computing power platform, it needs to improve the computing power with ultra-high computing density, ultra-large-scale computing power and ultra-fast training speed. Generative artificial intelligence needs to build a wider computing power network in time and space, so that computing power can break through the limit of cultural single point performance and provide a larger, more efficient and more ubiquitous computing power supply scheme for the digital intelligent transformation of cultural institutions.

The connotation of computing power network is embodied in the following aspects: adjusting computing power by network, integrating computing power by network and strengthening computing power by network. The proportion of artificial intelligence used in China and the huge amount of data generated will make China the largest data circle in the world. Therefore, we should activate the potential and value of cultural data elements through high-quality cultural data governance.

In the process of mass data generation, data science ability should be planned as the strategy and core ability of cultural institutions’ innovation and development. The large-scale application of artificial intelligence is unstoppable, and the lack of computing power of existing artificial intelligence is an urgent problem to be solved. In the development of cultural undertakings, the efficient storage, processing and presentation of multi-source heterogeneous data in national cultural venues in provinces, cities and counties will be accelerated through generative artificial intelligence, which will change the past lack of data analysis support and rely only on some experience to analyze and study the history of cultural undertakings. Using the pre-estimated results of system simulation and integrating multi-group, multi-scene, multi-time and multi-probability simulation processes will greatly improve the efficiency of cultural decision-making and reduce possible costs, and take the lead in realizing cultural decision-making in the national strategy of building a digital twin city according to local conditions.
