  ● The long-term fundamentals of China’s economy have not changed: the "wind vane" is improving, and the recovery trend is expected to continue; The "rice bag" is sufficient, and there is no panic in the hands of food; Strong adaptability, complete and resilient industrial system; The fundamentals remain unchanged, and China’s economy is full of vitality and potential.

  ● The main economic indicators improved significantly in March, which was hard-won. Thanks to the concerted efforts to promote epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, we persisted in epidemic prevention and control, and economic development remained unshakable: risk prevention had the first hand, and macro-control was brilliant; Turning crisis into machine display ability, enterprises break through and fight for wisdom; Poverty alleviation is not relaxed, and a comprehensive well-off society has quality.

On April 17th, at the press conference of the State Council Office, the National Bureau of Statistics announced that after preliminary accounting, the gross domestic product (GDP) in the first quarter was 20,650.4 billion yuan, down 6.8% year-on-year at comparable prices. "The main economic indicators declined significantly in the first quarter, but in March, the main economic indicators showed an upward trend, and the decline was significantly narrowed. Despite the severe impact of the epidemic, the basic livelihood of 1.4 billion people has been well guaranteed, the overall economic and social situation is stable, and the overall promotion of epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development has achieved remarkable results. " Mao Shengyong, spokesman of the National Bureau of Statistics, said.

  Take a comprehensive view

China has better controlled the epidemic, but it has to pay some short-term economic costs; The global economy and trade have fallen sharply, and it is difficult for China to be immune to it.

GDP dropped by 6.8% year-on-year. What do you think?

The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has brought unprecedented impact on China’s economic and social development. Under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee with the Supreme Leader as the core, the whole country has taken the most comprehensive, thorough and strict prevention and control measures, resolutely curbed the spread of the epidemic, and effectively protected the lives and health of the people.

"The Party Central Committee insists on putting people’s life safety and physical health first. In a relatively short period of time, it has better controlled the epidemic, reduced millions of infections and saved the lives of a large number of compatriots. Of course, it has to pay some short-term economic costs." Mao Shengyong said, "We can’t simply compare this year’s economic growth with conventional years."

Looking at the economic data in an all-round way, we should also see that the global economy and trade have fallen sharply, and it is difficult for China to be immune to it. At present, the epidemic has spread in more than 200 countries and regions, and global cross-border investment, trade in goods and personnel exchanges have been greatly reduced.

Recently, international institutions have lowered their economic growth expectations this year. The World Trade Organization predicts that global trade will plummet by 13% to 32% this year, and the global economic growth rate will drop by at least 2.5%. The International Monetary Fund has made the biggest downward adjustment in the history of global economic growth this year. It is predicted that the global economy will shrink by 3% this year, which is the worst recession since the Great Depression in the 1930s, while China’s economic growth rate is 1.2%, which is one of the few positive growth rates among the world’s major economies.

  Dialectical view

With the improvement of epidemic prevention and control, the resumption of work and production is gradually approaching or reaching the normal level, and the main economic indicators improved significantly in March.

Dialectically, despite the negative economic growth in the first quarter, with the improvement of epidemic prevention and control, the resumption of work and production is gradually approaching or reaching normal levels, and the main economic indicators improved significantly in March.

Spring ploughing is smooth and full of food. In the first quarter, the added value of agriculture (planting) increased by 3.5% year-on-year, and the overall growth of winter wheat was better than that of the previous year and normal years. The output of eggs and milk increased by more than 4%, and the output of pigs, cattle, sheep and poultry was 18.13 million tons.

Industrial production resumed quickly. In the first quarter, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size decreased by 8.4% year-on-year. Among them, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size decreased by 1.1% year-on-year in March, a decrease of 1-mdash; In February, it narrowed sharply by 12.4 percentage points, and the output level of enterprises above designated size basically returned to the same period last year. Of the 41 industrial sectors, 90% have a monthly added value ratio of 1-mdash; It accelerated in February, with 40% of the industries growing year-on-year; Judging from the statistics of more than 600 major industrial products, the output of about 40% industrial products increased year-on-year.

Resume work, speed up employment and stabilize employment. In the first quarter, 2.29 million people were newly employed in cities and towns nationwide. In March, the national urban survey unemployment rate was 5.9%, down 0.3 percentage points from February; Among them, 25-mdash; The survey unemployment rate of the 59-year-old population is 5.4%, which is 0.5 percentage points lower than the national urban survey unemployment rate and 0.2 percentage points lower than last month. "Despite the severe impact of the epidemic, there have been no large-scale layoffs in the country, and the employment situation is generally stable." Mao Shengyong said.

Adequate supply and stable prices. In March, CPI rose by 4.3% year-on-year, down 0.9 percentage points from last month; The increase of CPI in the first quarter was 4.9%, compared with 1-mdash; It fell by 0.3 percentage points in February. "The decline in consumer price increases shows that food supply is relatively abundant and social logistics is relatively smooth." Mao Shengyong said.

  In the long run

The long-term positive fundamentals of China’s economy have not changed. The economy in the second quarter is expected to be significantly better than that in the first quarter. If the global epidemic situation is well controlled, the second half will be better than the first half.

"The epidemic is a public health emergency, and its impact on the economy is short-term and generally controllable. The long-term fundamentals of China’s economy have not changed." Mao Shengyong judged.

  — — The "wind vane" is improving, and the recovery trend is expected to continue.

Electricity consumption and railway freight volume have always been regarded as economic wind vane and barometer. In March, the decline of electricity consumption in the whole society was significantly narrower than that in February, and the power generation in the whole society maintained a positive growth in the first half of April; In March, the national railway freight volume was 346 million tons, which was the same as the same period of last year and increased by 4.5% over February. In the first quarter, the National Bureau of Statistics invested more than 50 million yuan in 11,477 warehousing projects, an increase of 144 over the same period of last year, and the sales volume of excavators reached a record high in March.

"From the current research and understanding, a series of policies introduced in the early stage, including policy measures to help enterprises tide over the difficulties and help enterprises resume work and production, are constantly showing results." Mao Shengyong said that with the acceleration of the resumption of work and production, more vigorous policies have been continuously introduced, and the economy in the second quarter is expected to be significantly better than that in the first quarter. "If the global epidemic situation is well controlled, the second half of the year should be better than the first half."

  — — There are plenty of "rice bags", and you don’t panic when you have food in your hand.

Affected by the epidemic, the food problem has recently attracted attention at home and abroad. "Chinese firmly holds the rice bowl in his own hands, and there is no problem!" Mao Shengyong introduced that in the past five years, China’s grain output was above 1.3 trillion Jin. In 2019, grain output reached a record high. China’s grain self-sufficiency rate exceeded 95% and its inventory was abundant. "In the first quarter, the grain price rose by 0.6% year-on-year, which is still generally stable. The prices in some key areas for epidemic prevention and control, including Wuhan, did not fluctuate greatly, indicating that China’s grain supply capacity is strong and the market supply and demand relationship is generally stable."

  — — Strong adaptability, complete and resilient industrial system.

110 million! In one month, China’s mask production capacity has more than quadrupled.

500 thousand pieces! In about a month, the daily output of protective clothing in China will increase by about 27 times.

China has strong industrial production capacity, strong supporting facilities, and strong repair and adaptability. In the first quarter, in the high-tech manufacturing industry, investment in computer and office equipment manufacturing increased by 3.2%. In the high-tech service industry, investment in e-commerce services increased by 39.6%, investment in professional technical services increased by 36.7%, and investment in scientific and technological achievements transformation services increased by 17.4%. Investment in industries related to epidemic prevention, such as biopharmaceutical products manufacturing, maintained growth, and the construction of key epidemic prevention projects advanced rapidly. These investments not only form an effective supply to meet the needs of consumption upgrading, but also further improve the industrial structure.

"The industrial system has not been affected and the production capacity has not been affected. The social production system is sound, the production capacity is abundant, and the economic recovery capacity can be gradually released. " Mao Shengyong said.

  — — The fundamentals remain unchanged, and China’s economy is full of vitality and potential.

Mao Shengyong said that the basic characteristics of China market, such as large scale, rapid growth, abundant potential and sufficient toughness, will not change. From the perspective of factor support, the industrial foundation is relatively good, the supporting capacity is relatively strong, the labor force is relatively abundant, and human capital is constantly accumulating, which can effectively support the medium and long-term economic growth. At the same time, continuously deepening reform and opening up and promoting innovation can continuously stimulate the endogenous power, potential and vitality of the economy.

lay equal emphasis on (material progress and cultural and ideological progress)

Coordinate the promotion of epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, and persist in the prevention and control of epidemic situation and unwavering economic development.

In March, the main economic indicators improved significantly, which was hard-won. Thanks to the concerted efforts to promote epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, we persisted in epidemic prevention and control and economic development.

  — — Risk prevention has the first hand, and macro-control is brilliant.

Since the beginning of this year, the tax reduction and fee reduction have been stepped up in stages, and last year’s policy was implemented, which is expected to reduce the burden on enterprises by 1.6 trillion yuan; The central bank "issued red envelopes" three times, and targeted cuts to required reserve ratios released a total of over 1.75 trillion yuan of long-term funds; 5881 enterprises benefited from the special refinancing of 300 billion yuan. After the existing refinancing rediscount of 500 billion yuan is used up, the refinancing rediscount of small and medium-sized banks will be increased by 1 trillion yuan. As of March 24, a total of 1.46 million enterprises have enjoyed 22.2 billion yuan of stable post return … … A series of policies and measures with high gold content and strong pertinence were quickly introduced, which enabled the real economy to reduce its burden and overcome difficulties.

  — — Turn crisis into machine display ability, and enterprises break through and fight for wisdom.

"Cloud" interaction, "home economy" is in full swing; Strive to be "online celebrity", live broadcast with goods to help sales counterattack; Break down the "fence", and both enterprise orders and employees can share it … … These new economic kinetic energy are all China wisdom and China strength that broke out when all walks of life overcame difficulties together.

"Although the epidemic situation is serious and the prevention and control measures are normalized, the industry has not been greatly affected, especially the new kinetic energy represented by new industries, new products and new business models has grown against the trend." Mao Shengyong said.

New industries are booming. In March, the added value of high-tech manufacturing increased by 8.9%, compared with 1-mdash; It rebounded sharply by more than 20 percentage points in February. In the first quarter, the added value of information transmission, software and information technology services increased by 13.2%, driving GDP growth by 0.6 percentage points.

The new format has grown rapidly. New formats related to the Internet are active, and e-commerce, online learning and remote consultation have developed rapidly. In March, the online retail sales of social physical goods increased by 5.9%, accounting for 23.6% of the total retail sales of social consumer goods, an increase of 5.4 percentage points over the same period of last year.

The growth of new products continues unabated. In the first quarter, the output of vending machines, ticket vending machines, electronic components, integrated circuits and urban rail vehicles increased by 35.3%, 16.2%, 16.0% and 13.1% respectively.

  — — Poverty alleviation is not relaxed, and a comprehensive well-off society has quality.

Despite the sudden outbreak of the epidemic, it has not been relaxed to ensure the completion of the goal and task of decisive battle to get rid of poverty and build a well-off society in an all-round way. In the first quarter, 139.6 billion yuan of central poverty alleviation funds have been released, and more than 260,000 poverty alleviation projects in 22 provinces in the central and western regions have started construction. In terms of income, the per capita disposable income of some provinces with a large number of poor people, such as Sichuan, Guangxi, Xizang, Guizhou and Qinghai, increased by 5.3%, 4.6%, 9.5%, 4.8% and 3.1% respectively in nominal terms in the first quarter, which was significantly higher than the national level. "The fight against poverty has won, and a well-off society in an all-round way will have more quality, stand the test of history and satisfy the people." Mao Shengyong said. (Reporter Lu Yanan)

[Heroes and Martyrs Spectrum] Luo Huacheng: "The most practical revolutionary talent"

[For the sake of national rejuvenation, heroic martyrs spectrum]

Xinhua News Agency, Fuzhou, November 29th, by reporter Hongyi Chen. There is a photo in a revolutionary history exhibition hall in Changting County, Fujian Province. In the photo, a soldier with a firm eye and a uniform looks ahead. He is Luo Huacheng, a martyr who struggled for the revolutionary cause all his life.

Luo Huacheng was born in 1895 in a family of traditional Chinese medicine in Nanshan Village, Nanyang District, Changting County, Fujian Province. He studied medicine with his father since childhood. He entered Fuzhou Sericulture School in 1912, and returned to Changting after graduation in 1915 to teach in the county sericulture school. After the May 30th massacre in Shanghai in 1925, he, Zhang Chinan, Yang Chengwu and others initiated the establishment of "Changting Student Union", organized a rally to support Shanghai workers, denounced imperialist crimes, and founded "Changting Monthly" to attack the disadvantages of the times and publicize the revolution. Joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in September 1927.

In June 1928, Luo Huacheng established secret peasant associations and developed party organizations in Nanyang and Caixi. In July of the following year, he led the "Nanyang riots". After the victory of the uprising, the "Tinglian South Red Guard" was established, and the people in the border areas of Changting and Shanghang were actively mobilized to fight local tyrants and divide the fields, thus establishing the Soviet regime. In the autumn of 1929, the Red Guard led by him was incorporated into the fourth column of the Fourth Army of the Red Army, and he served as the captain of the column spy brigade. In December of the same year, he attended Gutian Conference. In August, 1930, Luo Huacheng was wounded in the battle with the militia in Caifang, Hetian, Changting. Later, he served as Dean of the Red Army Rear Hospital, Director of the Rear Office of Fujian Military Region, Deputy Secretary-General of Fujian Soviet Government and Minister of Armed Mobilization Department.

In October 1934, after the Long March, the main force of the Central Red Army, Luo Huacheng returned to western Fujian to help Zhang Dingcheng, Deng Zihui and Tan Zhenlin persist in guerrilla warfare in the border area between Fujian and Guangdong. In August 1935, he was surrounded by the Kuomintang in Sidu, unfortunately arrested and tortured in Ruijin prison, but he was unyielding. A few days later, he escaped from the tiger’s mouth on the way to Changting and arrived in Hong Kong via Shanghai.

In July 1937, after the outbreak of the National Anti-Japanese War, Luo Huacheng was ordered to return to work in southwest Fujian as the director of the Quartermaster Division of the second detachment of the New Fourth Army. In the spring of 1939, he served as deputy director of the political department of the second detachment. In October of the same year, he served as director of the political department. He led his troops into the rear of the enemy lines in the south of the Yangtze River, and took charge of local work in Dangtu, Wuhu and Jiangning. He successively established anti-Japanese democratic regimes at the county, district and township levels and grassroots organizations of the Communist Party of China, and organized farmers, youth and women to form anti-Japanese mass organizations.

Due to the long and hard fighting life, Luo Huacheng broke down from overwork and suffered from heart attacks from time to time. Comrade Chen Yi repeatedly advised him to go to the rear for illness, and wrote an ancient poem, "There is a bright moon in all lakes, so why worry about it?" Luo Huacheng replied with the ancient poem "Don’t laugh when you are drunk in the battlefield, but how many people have fought in ancient times", politely declined Chen Yi’s suggestion and continued to work in the front line of the Anti-Japanese War despite illness.

On February 27th, 1940, Luo Huacheng had a sudden heart attack and died in Liyang, Jiangsu Province at the age of 45. Chen Yi called Luo Huacheng "an outstanding leading cadre of the New Fourth Army" and "the most practical revolutionary talent" at the memorial meeting. In February 1955, Luo Huacheng was chased as a martyr.

In recent years, Changting County, Fujian Province, the hometown of Luo Huacheng’s martyrs, based on the advantages of red resources, has made great efforts to protect, inherit and carry forward the red culture, constantly activated the carriers and forms, promoted the transformation and upgrading of the development of red culture, promoted the red spirit from generation to generation, and accelerated the development of the old district.

"Adult Literacy Class" in the live broadcast room

Wang Meiyu's homework when she first started learning Chinese characters.

Wang Meiyu’s homework when she first started learning Chinese characters.

The palm-sized screen can also be turned into a blackboard, and the students are a group of illiterate adults. Li Hong, 52, has to build a wall for 11 hours every day, lay hundreds of bricks, pay off his son’s college loan and save his daughter’s dowry. But when the live broadcast of teaching adults to read was turned on, she put down her work and became a "student" who concentrated on reading.

Searching for "adult literacy" on a short video platform, you will find hundreds of live broadcast rooms, most of which are personal operating accounts, some have switched from early childhood education, some have never taught, only have a college degree, and Mandarin is not standard. In the live broadcast room, Li Hong found "classmates", who are old people in their sixties and seventies, as well as post-80s and post-90s who "played very smoothly" on their mobile phones. On the construction site, on the side of the highway, in the vegetable greenhouse, in the gap between work and the moment when the children fall asleep, they eagerly stare at the same "blackboard".

Ding Xiaohua is one of the anchors who first taught adult literacy on the short video platform. She is used to the fact that there are no flying lights and gifts in the live broadcast room, and the constantly beating numbers in the upper right corner prove the existence of the audience. Students can’t type. Many people’s screen names only have a string of numbers, and some of them leave commas and periods that haven’t been deleted from voice-to-text conversion.

She teaches them pinyin, writing, typing on mobile phones, various common phrases in life, and sometimes helps to solve family disputes. Some students call her "teacher", while others call her "Fuxing" and "Savior".

In this big class, the standard of "graduation" is to reach the level of "grade five or six in primary school", which means that the literacy reaches nearly 3000. In a life without these 3,000 words, this group of people can be easily stumped, ranging from doing business accounting, opening an account for their children, signing a divorce agreement, shopping online, singing a song at KTV, and even going to the public toilet.

According to the seventh national census, they only account for 2.67% of the national population, and many people have never told their workmates and colleagues about their illiteracy. A student in his fifties said, "My life is incomplete. I have been a mother, wife and daughter, but I have never had a classmate. "

After starting to learn Chinese characters, Li Hong practiced calligraphy when he was upset at night. He hung the headlights on the upper bunk and wrote on the lower bunk. After writing one book, he threw it away, as if he had thrown away decades of "oppression". Students have fulfilled many wishes, for example, for the first time, one person took the train, one person went to the hospital to register for payment, and one person went to the bank to deposit and withdraw money. Some people lamented that "it is not a loss to come to this world once."

"If you don’t know two words, it’s really hard to move."

There are the least people in the live broadcast room in summer, and the number of people in winter will increase exponentially — — Busy farming makes the "students" in the live broadcast room inseparable, and some people have to work overtime during the peak production season of the factory. Children have summer vacation, and they have to take care of them at home. In winter, migrant workers began to return home, and there was no work in the fields. Students come and go like migratory birds, and the live broadcast room will be lively after 10 o’clock every night.

Teachers’ classes are not as regular as in school. Their income mainly depends on selling literacy books and online courses in the live broadcast room. Because the audience is small and the profit is not high, many "teachers" will not update after half a year.

Ding Xiaohua is one of the few people who still insist. In the live class, Ding Xiaohua always habitually repeats a sentence three times, with a long voice. The barrage is also slow, students rarely stir up, and occasionally typed sentences are mindless. They said, "Good evening, teacher, you are near jiaozi", probably because "beside the noose" is being taught in class.

Students often hesitate for a few seconds before they dare to read pinyin. Someone was too nervous after connecting the wheat, and laughed and said, "Forget it, I can’t read it, and my heart is pounding." Someone read it for the first time, but it was wrong, corrected and wrong again. Five minutes later, Ding Xiaohua asked, why don’t we talk about it next time? But the students still timidly said that they should read. Ding Xiaohua seldom gets angry, which will make students read correctly.

Ding Xiaohua understands this difficult feeling. She is a 35-year-old native of Guyuan, Ningxia, with a college degree and a strong northwest accent. She always reads "village" as "cong" and "wind" as "fen".

Ding Xiaohua’s parents can’t read, and she can’t read for three generations. She is the person with the highest education in the family. She worked as an accountant in Yinchuan. Three years ago, she quit her job and went home to take care of her children, so time became plentiful. Chatting with her parents far away in Guyuan, she began to want to teach them to read.

When she was a child, she saw her parents go to the hospital. She didn’t know how to get registered and get medicine. She asked the security guard, and the security guard yelled at them, "You don’t have long eyes!" Ding Xiaohua felt uncomfortable. In the past two years, when I had a smart phone, my parents only made phone calls and accidentally clicked the wrong pop-up advertisement. They wouldn’t turn it off, so they left it all day, waiting for her brother to turn it off.

There are many people who think of their hometown like their parents, and everyone learns to be more energetic together. She turns on the live broadcast to talk about literacy, and people in the same city can listen to it. At first, only a single word was taught, including daily expressions related to stations, banks and hospitals. Later, students from all over the country poured into the live broadcast room, and she began to teach pinyin and capital letters systematically.

There are many reasons why students can’t get an education. Some of them come from remote and poor areas and have many children at home, so they can’t afford to go to school. Some people are orphans or de facto orphans and are fostered in relatives’ homes. Some people are disabled and cannot take care of themselves. Most of them are between 40 and 70 years old, and there are also a few post-90 s and post-00 s.

They are used to silence, when they are called "stupid" by their colleagues and "useless" by their partners. Brushing videos and watching live broadcasts on short video platforms, most people have never made comments because they can’t type.

But they will recognize mobile phone software by icons, and input text by voice or family help when surfing the Internet. The screen name will reveal the secrets of the heart. A student named "homesick woman", 42 years old, has never been back to her parents’ home alone. Her family is only more than 100 kilometers away from her, but she doesn’t know the place name and is afraid of taking the wrong bus.

A cerebral palsy patient named "Zi Ling" is also one of the students. She likes watching idol dramas and the boldness and liveliness of "Zi Ling" in A Curtain of Dreams. She has been bored at home by herself since she was a child, and she has nothing to say. Being pushed around by my mother, I met a disabled friend who was a street performer and added QQ, but I didn’t know what people typed.

Many people’s privacy needs are hard to say. After 90, Wang Meiyu stubbornly spent her girlhood: she wanted to buy a milk-flavored shower gel, without asking for a shopping guide, and opened the bottle cap to smell it herself; Make-up water is only bought in transparent bottles and will not be confused with emulsion; Sanitary napkins can’t tell whether they are for daily use or for night use. I bought many wrong ones. When people ask, they say they are hoarding goods.

When you can’t support yourself, you can only ask for help. When she goes to the bank to withdraw money and deposit money, Wang Meiyu will find someone to go with her, but she only looks for people in the same village. In case someone steals money and runs away, she also knows where his home is.

Her mother said from an early age, "It doesn’t matter whether you learn (words) or not, you will get married sooner or later." But Wang Meiyu doesn’t want to be trapped in the countryside all her life. Just entering the 21st century, at the age of 14, she left home and followed the tide of migrant workers to the south. The first time I worked with friends in the same village, I got off the train, entered the factory, and left by train three months later. She still doesn’t know the name of that place.

After that, she moved to various factories and found that "diligence" could not make up for illiteracy. In a clothing factory, you can only get money if you write down the completed procedures. Wang Meiyu can’t write, but always does more and gets less money. When disassembling clothes, others can quickly find the corresponding parts according to the drawings, and she has to scrape the samples for a long time by hand to remember the structure.

Few people of the same age can’t read. Workers always say that Wang Meiyu didn’t go to school because she was "naughty" and "disobedient", and everyone in an assembly line avoided her for fear of being dragged down by her. Since then, Wang Meiyu has learned to drink and smoke, sitting alone in the corner of the women’s dormitory, embroidering all her worries into cross stitch.

In the past five or six years, the desire for literacy has gradually expanded in her heart. Screens full of words appear in shops, hospitals, banks and stations, and it is increasingly difficult for her to hide her weaknesses. Because of her serious attitude, she was expected to be promoted to sampling inspection. She just sat in an air-conditioned room and recorded product data with a computer, but she couldn’t use a computer.

Many students feel the same way. A student in his fifties recalled that when he was a child, there were "few motorcycles" on the road, and there were no road signs. When he went out to see the road, he always "walked and asked". Now everyone uses mobile navigation. "If you don’t know two words, you can’t move.".

"I am so old, can I still learn?"

Many "older students" don’t have high learning goals. It is enough for them to keep accounts, do business, learn to drive and pull goods, take skill certificates and work in larger factories.

However, after listening to the same course, some people can learn the structure of Chinese characters in half a month, and some people are still circling in the single vowel "aoe" after studying for a year. Gemee has been teaching children in private preschool for 10 years. She believes that it is much more difficult to teach adults than children. "A child is a blank sheet of paper. When you wave your hand and open your mouth, they will follow you. These adults in the live broadcast room have their own ideas and have their own ideas. "

Some adults have deep-rooted pronunciation habits. Some students can’t pronounce "ne" and "le" clearly. The teacher will ask the students to open their mouths, take a video and send it to see whether their tongues are against the front incisors or the upper jaw.

What is more difficult to reverse is the inferiority complex of some people. People who enter the live broadcast room for the first time always ask, "Teacher, I am so old, can I still learn?" When encountering difficulties, the pain of "inferiority" in the past few decades will come to mind. "They feel that they are the stupidest people in the world."

In order to help them understand the course, Gemee tried to be close to life. Using the word "degree", she explained "concentration" and "the medicine in the pipe when you fight pesticides". Talking about the right half structure of "floating", she asked, "There are children under the claws, which are common in rural areas, remember? Incubate eggs. " Read the single vowel "u", and she teaches them how to pout. "When your child is angry, you pout."

These "older students" have no parents, and teachers should provide "nanny-style" services. Sometimes the phone is wrong, or the platform is stuck, and the students call immediately, "I can’t find you, teacher!" " "You have no teacher in class!"

Students want to buy online courses that they can watch back. Teachers should start teaching by opening the software and tell them the color and location of the "buy" icon. After purchasing the course, the teacher wanted to send a book, but the students didn’t know how to write the address. Some people sent photos of their ID cards directly, while others ran to the door to take pictures of house numbers and street signs.

Many students are used to cold eyes, and this is the first time they have been treated patiently. Double-click the screen in the live broadcast room to light the red heart and increase the exposure of the anchor. In order to help Gemee increase his popularity, the students spontaneously came up with a lot of jingles. When nothing happened, they made a voice propaganda in the live broadcast room: "Wanshui Qian Shan is always in love, can you show a little love?" "Take a walk with hearts and live to ninety-nine; Red hearts float, and knowledge grows tall. "

Cheng Jie, 43, is often affectionately called "Little Teacher" by her elder sister in her sixties and seventies. She has received raisins from Xinjiang, apples from Shandong and Lycium barbarum from Ningxia. Some anchors even received a banner. Ding Xiaohua’s students will consult her first when they encounter parenting problems and start business procedures.

The live broadcast room is also a tree hole for students to pour out their joys and sorrows. A student named "Fire Wolf Girl" and Gemee Lianmai said that their children had received the university admission notice. Gemee was overjoyed. "Brush flowers for our fire wolf female eldest son. What about Normal University? It’s really promising!" The barrage came alive, and rows of flowers and love conveyed silent congratulations.

One student complained that he never knew her husband’s income. Another student couldn’t help but send a barrage that was not smooth and taught her to master financial power at home. "What I want is the money earned by old men. You won’t save it. That’s not how to do it. It’s a pity that I can’t touch money in my life. "

  "Real independence"

Students are studying in the live broadcast room, and teachers can sometimes hear the cynicism of their children and spouses on the other end of the phone. "It’s no use doing it all." "If you can learn, I’ll change my surname." A student once wanted to get a refund because her husband objected to her study, smashed her mobile phone and tore her book. She can only hide under the covers and learn secretly.

Some people are worried that the mobile phone will be seen by their families, and it is proposed to change the "adult illiterate group" into a "happy group". Some people read books at the counter of their own shops, and they hide them when they come to visit guests.

Cheng Jie often said to frustrated students, "You should change more. If your family doesn’t support you, it means that you have no status. Why is there no status? You can’t do anything because you can’t read. Love is mutual. How can you give love unilaterally and never ask for anything in return? " She recommended that students ask their families to help them share some housework.

Teachers found that most of these illiterate students were women. According to China Statistical Yearbook (2021 edition), women account for 75% of the illiterate population in China.

In the first half of their lives, they supported their husbands’ work and raised their children wholeheartedly. Some people always suspect that her husband is chatting with other women on WeChat, but she can’t understand it. Her husband didn’t guard against her, so the mobile phone was in front of her.

"I have adapted to sacrifice." Liu Jia, the anchor, met a woman. When she signed up, she burst into tears on the phone, saying that her husband looked down on her and her family ignored her. Every penny she spent depends on others’ faces. Liu Jia thought she would study hard, but after making up with her husband, she stopped studying. "She has a crutch, so it is unnecessary to study."

In the process of teaching these women to read, Liu Jia kept seeing the shadows of her mother and grandmother. Grandma was born in the Republic of China, wrapped in little feet and illiterate. In order to wait for a person from a scholarly family, she insisted on not marrying, and only married Liu Jia’s grandfather when she was 30 years old. After more than ten years of marriage, my grandfather died, and my grandmother raised four sons by herself and trained three college students.

But grandma never had her own name, and others called her "Nier of Lao Dong’s family". Grandma always likes to let Liu Jia, who is in primary school, give herself a name and teach herself to read. When she sees a favorite word, she adds it to her name.

Liu Jia’s mother is "turning around the house". Liu Jia and her brother never brought their keys when they were children, because whenever they opened the door, their mother was there. In winter in Heilongjiang, the whole family doesn’t have to buy clothes. Mother will knit a set of scarves, hats and gloves neatly and make cotton shoes, cotton-padded clothes and trousers.

Only when she quarrels with her father will her mother speak her mind. Liu Jia remembers that once her mother said with tears, "I just have no culture. If I had culture, I would leave!" " Because my mother can’t read, every time she wants to go back to her mother’s house, she always puts up with it.

Let a pair of children have culture, which has become the mother’s greatest wish. Liu Jia remembers that her mother didn’t know her homework, and no matter what her handwriting was, she praised it. Mother will be happy as long as she sees the red checkmark. She never let Liu Jia interfere in the housework. Even if Liu Jia said that her homework was finished, her mother would still repeat it in a conditioned way, "Do your homework after school."

On the day that Liu Jia’s brother dropped out of junior high school, this tough woman was rarely ill for a month.

But my mother never put this persistence on herself. After starting live teaching, Liu Jia once asked her mother if she would like to learn to read. The mother refused. She relied on her husband first, then her son, and now she is her granddaughter who just went to college. Liu Jia feels that she can’t throw away the "crutch". She’ll always find a crutch.

In order to help them regain their enthusiasm for learning, Gemee told these middle-aged women who only know daily necessities that "three generations cultivate a champion" and told them how education can bring about changes in their horizons. She talked about how she ran out of the village with her children and went to Beijing for 15 years for their children’s education.

Gemee will also talk about how women keep up with the pace of society. For example, when talking about "Jiang", she knew that many people had heard of "Yang Jiajiang" on the radio, so she praised Mu Guiying hard. "This is the pride of our women, and we should do something ‘ Powerful role ’ The idea. "

There are also many "powerful roles" among these students. In others’ eyes, Sun Feng, 52, although illiterate, is definitely "independent".

She runs a three-story massage parlour with a dozen shop assistants, and in her twenties, she supports her two sons by herself. Usually, she likes to chat with people in the live broadcast room. Her makeup is exquisite, her false eyelashes are stiff, and her shiny manicure is two centimeters long. She always scolds netizens who call her "old woman" and drinks 1 liter of iced black tea after scolding.

But under the armor, Sun Feng longed for "real independence" and "effortless independence". She was born in rural Gansu, and her family was poor. Grandma didn’t let her girls go to school. She worked hard since she was a child, pulling coal from the hillside and pouring cement boards in brick factories. At the age of 17, I met my boyfriend and followed him to "gold rush" in Xinjiang. I didn’t expect my boyfriend to gamble and domestic violence and spend all their savings.

She wants to be strong. After leaving her boyfriend with her children, she has never borrowed a penny from relatives and friends. When I was poorest, I only had 50 cents in my pocket and spent a whole week. Because she has no education, she doesn’t even trust the bank, so she stuffed the money she earned into rotten shoes and hid it under the bed.

She works in a foot bath shop and competes with dozens of feet every day. There are many women in the foot bath shop, and there are many right and wrong. She seldom participates in quarrels. But if someone deliberately provokes, she will grab her head and knock it on the table.

She always has a solution to the problem. After she opened her own shop, she took her friends who had known her for more than ten years in the foot bath shop to help her settle accounts, apply for business licenses and sign contracts. She knows "male" and "female", knows numbers, and stores customer numbers in the format of "female 1" and "male 1". Pay employees every month, and she takes her son from junior high school to the bank to withdraw money and save money.

But when the child grew up and became a family, she found that she owed people everywhere. "I can’t let my son follow me forever, or beg my friends to follow me." After studying for more than a year with the live broadcast, she flew back to her hometown in Gansu for the first time. When she got off the plane, she felt "emboldened" for the first time in her life.

  "Change is fate"

No one can say clearly what standard is "graduation". Ding Xiaohua thinks it is to master all the commonly used words in life. Gemee thinks it is "everything is Dont Ask For Help" to look up new words and solve problems through online search. Liu Jia hopes that they can write normally and read independently, although only two or three out of 10 students can read complete paragraphs.

They have little daily contact with words, and reading can help them review and consolidate. So in addition to literacy and pinyin classes, she also set up reading classes to take students to read primary school texts. Students all like to read Teaching Ants to Read, and they stumble over sentences:

  "The ants/citizens of the kingdom/are all very/hardworking, but/illiterate, yes/illiterate. The ant/king/is in great distress. If you don’t have/cultural knowledge, you will be/looked down upon by/others, and you will be/bullied by/others. "

A 54-year-old farmer is busy in a vegetable greenhouse during the day. He must read aloud before going to bed at night. To this end, she bought a big light bulb and a magnifying glass, bathed her grandson every night, sat in the gauze account and read How Beautiful a Summer Night is in cadence.

For those whose lives have long been "stereotyped", literacy is to realize dreams. A 60-year-old student has never been out of the house for 5 miles. In order to go to the market alone, she takes a pen and a note with her, writes in the fields, writes in the kitchen, and writes when washing clothes. On the day when she got up the courage to go out by herself, she dared to look up for the first time and read the plaque on a street all over.

A 72-year-old student, who was shaking with a pen at first, "can’t even scratch it". Now, because of his good handwriting, serious homework and plenty of time, he is a monitor in the WeChat group and has added more than 20 people’s WeChat. She remembered being a vice captain in the production team 50 years ago, because the minutes of the meeting could not be delivered. Now, she feels that she is a "useful person".

In the "typing practice group", students will share their favorite sentences. A 70-year-old female student sent an excerpt, "Slow life and fine tea, spend time on the sunset. Happy and leisurely every day, keep healthy and watch the sunset glow. " Some students like to copy the lyrics, "Look at the years swaying, slowly pulling me away, and loneliness deceives me to the intersection."

Gemee saw it and excitedly voiced in the group. "Who said we can’t? You are all pearls buried in the soil."

Many people have watched the class several times and still haven’t given up studying and practicing calligraphy every day. Wang Meiyu works in a fan factory, hitting thousands of screws a day, and the fan buzzes overhead and sweats. When she recalls new words in her mind, her heart becomes very quiet. After work at 9 o’clock every night, she learns new words as soon as she gets home, and she doesn’t sleep until she finishes learning.

She likes to put her previous homework together with her present one and shoot it for her boyfriend. It turns out that a line of words is high and low, big and small, and a word is scattered into several parts, which is "very messy". Now, her handwriting obediently lies in the center of the grid, clean and tidy. Every time she goes out, she likes to let her boyfriend slow down the speed of the electric car and read the names of the shops on the roadside one by one.

Li Hong, a 52-year-old construction worker, posted wild flowers, abandoned construction sites and deserted fields on the short video platform, but there was no narration and no music. Now these videos have titles and her brief comments.

It turns out that she only calls once a week for fear of disturbing her daughter’s work. The happiest thing now is to send a message to my daughter every morning, noon and evening, "Have you eaten?"

Students are always embarrassed to say that after learning Chinese, they become "talkative". Zi Ling, a student with cerebral palsy, no one in the class knew that she was physically disabled, but all her classmates praised her for "learning really well". She knocked a lot of words into her circle of friends, including going out to do nucleic acid, going to the supermarket, insomnia and other small things, and "swiping the screen" several times a day.

A 45-year-old male student went to dinner with his boss. He just drank with his head stuffy. "It’s all in the wine.". He is skilled and highly valued by his boss, but his colleagues are not convinced, so they take him as "uneducated". He used to be silent, but now he has learned to respond skillfully. "If I hadn’t studied, you wouldn’t have caught up with me."

Sun Feng, a strong woman who runs a massage parlour, said that her temper was not so impulsive, and she "knows when to stop". Before, some familiar avatars always appeared, and she couldn’t read the name, so she could only say, "Thank you for coming". Now she can call out their names, and her tone is soft.

It seems that she can finally pour out the pain in her heart. Looking back on his life, Sun Feng wrote a sentence as a personal profile of the short video account, "Are you really tired? Tired is right, suffering is life, forbearance is experience, and change is fate. "

(At the request of the respondents, except Ding Xiaohua and Gemee, the rest are pseudonyms.)

"Paris Baby" Deng Chao dressed as a "dancer" and turned into a changeable "super" person

Directed by Wang Jing and starring Deng Chao, the romantic comedy "Paris Baby" will be released nationwide on Valentine’s Day at the Qixi Festival in early August. In the film, Deng Chao, "Ghost Horse Daddy", is transformed into a changeable "super" person, and he performs a variety of exaggerated shapes. There are more than a dozen styling shows such as blind people, Santa Claus, bubble baths, dancers, and detectives. Yi Nengjing even praised it as "Mainland Zhou Xingchi".

"Ghost Horse Daddy" Deng Chao is changeable, wearing female costumes and dancing funny

Deng Chao plays an international student floating in France in "Paris Baby". In order to stay in France and continue to pursue his beloved girl, he does not hesitate to play "fake" family cards with his biological daughter, and there are many jokes in various situations, becoming "Ghost Horse Dad". After dancing pole dancing in net socks on the stage "Cuihua", Deng Chao once again broke out in a funny "small universe", and a variety of amazing shapes broke through boldly. In Deng Chao’s own words, "There are many styles that wear clothes, and there are also several styles that do not wear clothes." In a can-can dance in a bar in the film, Deng Chao even donned leggings and a fluffy skirt, and performed a "dirty dance" on the stage. Because the character is not very good at dancing, Deng Chao also deliberately added a lot of slips, exaggerated and funny movements, and the details showed the interpretation of the characters. Deng Chao’s selfless performance in the film made his partner Yi Nengjing (the bar owner) look at it with admiration and praised it as "Mainland Zhou Xingchi". Regarding his re-appearance in women’s clothing, Deng Chao also responded in a humorous way. "I think it’s very good. It was winter when I was filming the movie, and it was very cold in Beijing. I danced on the stage, and my body was very hot. The rest of the crew envied me. Of course, I hope the audience will be pleasantly surprised when they see this part."

Deng Chao’s comedic talent is favored, and director Wang Jing interprets French humor

Deng Chao, who often appears on the screen as a very straight man, has always had a soft spot for comedy. The screenwriter Yu Baimei once said, "Deng Chao is the most powerful comedy genius among the younger generation in China, and it would be a waste of heaven not to act in comedy." The director Wang Jing admitted that she had taken a fancy to Deng Chao’s humor cells. "Deng Chao’s own image is very childish and fashionable, and the play’Cuihua ‘fully shows his comic talent. When we finally settled on the actor, I watched’Cuihua’ again, and I was sure that he was my Leo – a handsome and kind international student." Speaking of the film’s unique French humorous temperament, Wang Jing said, "French humour is conveyed casually through the actors’ images and performances, making people smile with thinking and sad smiles."

What! Young people also get high blood pressure.

Many people think that suffering from hypertension is the patent of the elderly. The reporter learned from Sun Yixian Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University that in fact, in recent years, hypertension has become younger and younger, and there are many children aged 6 to 17, mainly due to obesity.

Obesity is an important cause of abnormal blood pressure in children.

Professor Huang Hui, director of hypertension department of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, said that in 2010, a total of 190,000 Han children aged between 7 and 17 were investigated in the National Student Physical Fitness Research Project. The survey results show that the prevalence of hypertension among children in China has reached 14.5% in 2010. Among them, 16.9% are men and 12.9% are women. According to the health and nutrition survey in China, the prevalence rate of hypertension among children aged 6 to 17 in seven provinces and cities in China increased from 7.1% in 1991 to 13.8% in 2009, showing an obvious upward trend.

From 2012 to 2015, the professional team conducted a multi-center survey on the current situation of hypertension and salt intake of children in China during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, so as to understand the prevalence of hypertension among children in China.

Through the analysis of the data collected at present, the following results are found:

1. The prevalence rates of hypertension in children aged 6 to 17 in China at three different time points were 17.6%, 8.2% and 5.0%, respectively. The prevalence rate of hypertension decreased gradually from the first time point to the third time point, with the largest decline from the first time point to the second time point.

2.9 to 17 years old children’s daily dietary salt intake exceeds the level recommended by WHO (daily dietary salt intake<5g)的2.4倍,儿童每日膳食盐摄入水平是儿童高血压的重要危险因素,控盐工作任重道远。

3. Isolated systolic hypertension accounts for 62.3%→66%→67.5% of hypertension in children at three different times, while isolated diastolic hypertension only accounts for 13.8%→8.6%→7.9%, which shows that isolated systolic hypertension plays an important role in children’s hypertension.

4. The proportions of hypertension and obesity diagnosed at the first, second and third time points were 30%, 37.7% and 40.8% respectively, and the detection rate of hypertension in obese children was 41.8% (at the first time point). Obesity is an important cause of hypertension in children, and controlling obesity will be beneficial for children to maintain a good blood pressure level and prevent hypertension.

Diseases caused by hypertension are very dangerous.

Professor Huang Hui said that in addition to the high-salt diet, there are three reasons for this age-old hypertension:

1. heredity

Data show that hypertension is hereditary. If both parents have hypertension, the incidence of hypertension in their children can reach 46%, and one parent has hypertension, and the incidence of hypertension in their children is 28%. Parents have normal blood pressure, and the incidence of hypertension in their children is only 3%.

2. Bad living habits

Bad changes in living habits and eating habits are the causes of hypertension, and a lot of drinking and smoking can cause hypertension. Another study shows that people who often stay up late are prone to hypertension and even stroke, and their lives are orderly. People who usually go to bed early and get up early have a low proportion of hypertension. The reporter once heard of a 27-year-old young man with acute myocardial infarction, who works in the night market for a long time, smokes for a long time and leads an extremely irregular life.

3. Life is stressful

With the development of society, the competition is becoming more and more fierce, and the pressure of work and life makes people breathless. Excessive pressure will lead to the increase of catecholamine secretion in the body, which will cause vasoconstriction, increase blood pressure and increase heart load, thus becoming the cause of hypertension.

Hypertension itself is not very harmful and easily overlooked, but a series of diseases caused by hypertension are very dangerous, especially some cardiovascular diseases, so we must pay attention to the causes that can cause hypertension. The main reasons why children in China suffer from hypertension are: imitating western eating habits and fierce competition, so the age of hypertensive patients tends to be younger and younger.

There are many reasons why young people suffer from hypertension.

Professor Huang Hui said that young people are increasingly favored by high blood pressure for the following reasons:

1. Stress and nervousness

Stress and mental stress are the main causes of hypertension. In the past, a few occupations, such as accountants and drivers, had a high incidence of hypertension due to great pressure and mental stress, but now they are in a period of social transformation. People’s pressure comes not only from work, but also from their families, such as buying a house and car, education and employment, medical security, etc., and the pressure is everywhere. Stress and mental stress will also cause sympathetic nerve excitement and vasoconstriction, which will lead to an increase in blood pressure.

2. Obesity and overweight

Obesity and overweight are also important causes of hypertension in young people. In the past, the degree of mechanization was not high, people’s activities were large, and obesity and overweight were rare. Nowadays, the degree of mechanization and automation is high, and there is no need to work hard, and the living conditions are good. Overweight and obese patients abound. Obesity can easily lead to metabolic disorder, fat accumulation and arteriosclerosis in the body, which leads to an increase in blood pressure.

3. The biological clock is disturbed

Scientists have found that if the biological clock is disturbed, it will cause high blood pressure. This is because the gene responsible for controlling the secretion of aldosterone also controls the operation of the physiological clock. "Aldosterone" is a hormone. It is found that when the "Aldosterone" is secreted too much in mice, blood pressure will continue to rise. The researchers disturbed the living rules of mice and disrupted their biological clocks, and found that aldosterone was secreted in large quantities and the blood pressure of mice soared. There is also "aldosterone" in the human body. Therefore, researchers warn that shift workers, flight attendants, airplane pilots, writers, journalists and other people often have abnormal work and rest, and these ethnic groups should pay attention to the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

4. Bad habits

Such as hobbies such as alcohol and tobacco. The harm of tobacco to blood vessels mainly comes from nicotine, which can cause contraction of vascular smooth muscle and increase blood pressure. After patients with hypertension quit smoking, the low pressure will directly drop by 5 to 10 mm Hg. Alcohol will harden arterial blood vessels, reduce the elasticity of blood vessels and eventually lead to high blood pressure.

5. High salt diet

Among the common factors of modern young people suffering from hypertension, high-salt diet ranks first. Northerners have a strong taste, and they pursue salty flavor when eating. They drink a hot soup in the morning, stir-fry at noon and eat hot pot at night. Every meal is salty. The normal salt intake is no more than 5 grams per person per day, but most people are above 9 grams, but too much salt will be lost, and too much sodium intake will cause sodium water retention, increase blood vessel capacity, and eventually lead to high blood pressure.

6. There are "emotional killers" in the workplace.

There are many emotional killers in the workplace, which makes people’s cerebral cortex excited and inhibited. First of all, the working environment is depressed, the well-defined cubicle and the serious expression of the boss make the white-collar workers say "the working environment is too depressed"; Secondly, there are few opportunities to communicate with people. Some white-collar workers in science and technology are faced with drawings, copywriting, plans, etc. Every day, there are a lot of topics to be solved, but there are few opportunities to communicate face to face with people, and most of them communicate with people through machines (such as email and RTX); Finally, the monthly appraisal, annual summary. Some employees work hard, but their grades are not good, which makes people feel pessimistic and even produces the pressure of losing their jobs.

The study found that compared with carefree people, men who are anxious and depressed have a 1.5 times higher risk of getting high blood pressure. The risk of women has increased by 1.7 times. The study also found that if a man says he has lost hope, he is three times more likely to suffer from high blood pressure than a man with a hopeful life.

How to eat with high blood pressure?

Professor Huang Hui said that the diet of patients with hypertension should follow the following principles:

1. Control the intake of heat energy

Diet is a very important item in our life, so we should pay attention to our reasonable diet in life. In order to improve the clinical symptoms of hypertension, we should advocate eating foods with more plant fiber such as starch, standard flour, corn, millet and oats, and promote intestinal peristalsis, which is beneficial to cholesterol excretion. Eat less glucose, fructose and sucrose, which are monosaccharides and are easy to cause high blood lipids.

Step 2 limit the intake of fat

A healthy life is inseparable from a healthy diet, especially if you have high blood pressure, you should pay more attention to your healthy eating measures. The intake of animal fat should be limited in diet, and vegetable oil should be used in cooking. You can eat more fish. Marine fish contains unsaturated fatty acids, which can oxidize cholesterol, thus lowering plasma cholesterol, prolonging platelet aggregation, inhibiting thrombosis and preventing stroke. Marine fish also contains more linoleic acid, which plays a certain role in increasing the elasticity of microvessels, preventing vascular rupture and preventing hypertension complications.

3. Appropriate intake of protein

A reasonable life should also pay attention to the rationality of diet, especially to increase your common sense of healthy life. In the past, low-protein diet was emphasized, but at present, it is considered that it is generally unnecessary to strictly limit the intake of protein except those with chronic renal insufficiency. The amount of protein for hypertensive patients should be 1 gram per kilogram of body weight. For example, a person with a weight of 60 kilograms should eat 60 grams of protein every day. Among them, plant protein should account for 50%, and soybean protein is the best. Although soybean protein has no antihypertensive effect, it can prevent the occurrence of stroke, which may be related to the composition of amino acids in soybean protein. You should also eat fish protein 2 to 3 times a week, which can improve the elasticity and permeability of blood vessels, increase urine and sodium excretion, and thus lower blood pressure. Usually, we should pay more attention to eating foods rich in tyrosine, such as defatted milk, sour milk, milk tofu, sea fish, etc. If hypertension is complicated with renal insufficiency, we should limit the intake of protein.

4. Eat more foods rich in potassium and calcium and low in sodium.

Young patients with hypertension should pay attention to their diet, especially their healthy lifestyle. Eat more foods rich in potassium and calcium but low in sodium, such as potatoes, taro, eggplant, kelp, lettuce, wax gourd, watermelon, etc., because potassium salt can promote cholesterol excretion, increase vascular elasticity, have diuretic effect, and help improve myocardial contractility. Foods rich in calcium, such as milk, yogurt, sesame paste, shrimp skin and green vegetables, have protective effects on cardiovascular system. Choose foods rich in magnesium, such as green leafy vegetables, millet, buckwheat noodles, beans and bean products. Magnesium salt can reduce blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels.

5. Diet should be light

A light diet is also important in life. Appropriate reduction of sodium intake is helpful to lower blood pressure. While paying attention to reducing sodium, we should also pay attention to the sodium content in food, such as dried noodles containing more sodium. When steaming steamed bread, avoid using alkali and use yeast to make dough instead. Available salt substitutes, such as salt-free soy sauce, are beneficial to patients with hypertension.

6. Eat more green vegetables and fresh fruits.

A healthy eating life is to pay attention to eating more vegetables, especially green vegetables. Eating more green vegetables and fresh fruits is beneficial to myocardial metabolism, improving myocardial function and blood circulation, promoting cholesterol excretion and preventing the development of hypertension. Eat less broth, because the increase of nitrogen-containing extract in broth can promote the increase of uric acid in the body and increase the burden on the heart, liver and kidney. [Online media "changed"] An Shunchang: The victory field of the Red Army in those days is now well-off.

Anshunchang, which is famous at home and abroad for its "Wing King Tragedy, Red Army Victory Field", is a revolutionary memorial site for the victory of the Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army in crossing the Dadu River. It is the first batch of 100 red tourist attractions and one of 30 boutique routes in China, and the only red tourist attraction in the country with sadness as a backdrop. Today, the large-scale theme interview activity (Sichuan Station) of the online media "Running for a Well-off Society on the Long March" was officially launched. The interview group came to Anshunchang, a famous memorial site for the victory of the revolution, to explore the footprints of the Red Army during the Long March.

Anshun field, formerly known as Zidadi, is located on the south bank of the middle reaches of Dadu River in southwest Sichuan Province, 11 kilometers away from Shimian County. In May 1935, the Chinese Red Army of Workers and Peasants successfully crossed the Dadu River here, crushing Chiang Kai-shek’s dream of making Zhu Mao the second in Shi Dakai. The command building of the Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army crossing the Dadu River played a decisive role in the Red Army crossing the Dadu River. Historians say: "Without the victory of crossing the Dadu River, there would be no victory of the Long March of the Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army, and there would be no new China today".

The Red Army forcibly crossed the site of Dadu River ferry. In 1935, the Red Army forced the crossing of the Dadu River, and the Chinese Red Army of Workers and Peasants won the Anshun Field and forced the crossing of the Dadu River, crushing Chiang Kai-shek’s attempt to make the Red Army the second in Shi Dakai. Now it is a state-level cultural relics protection unit. China Economic Net reporter Ma Changyan photo

The Red Army crossed the Dadu River Monument. In 1982, Shimian County People’s Government built a granite carving monument at Anshunchang Ferry. The monument is 6.26 meters high, carved from gray granite, with the inscription "Monument of Chinese Red Army of Workers and Peasants Crossing the Dadu River" inscribed by Comrade Deng Xiaoping. Below it is the relief of seventeen warriors riding a local unique wooden boat to cross the natural barrier, on the right is the relief of a giant holding a broadsword, and on the front is the head of a Red Army soldier carved in a semicircle. The Red Army crossed the Dadu River Command Building. It is a three-storey Tibetan carved building with a history of nearly a hundred years. When the Red Army crossed the Dadu River, this small wooden and stone building was the command building, which commanded this battle of great historical significance and made great contributions. It still stands in Anshunchang Old Street, which seems to tell the world about that thrilling history. China Economic Net reporter Ma Changyan photo

The Red Army crossed the Dadu River Memorial Hall. The memorial hall was completed and put into use on December 5, 2003, with the Tang style, symmetrical layout and courtyard form, with a total area of 6,600 square meters, of which the memorial hall covers an area of 2,600 square meters, with a total investment of 4.09 million yuan. With the theme of carrying forward the spirit of the Red Army, the exhibition hall is divided into five parts: the Long March, the Battle of Dadu River, the Red Army’s Long March over Anya, the elegy of Wing King, and historical review. It has a collection of 228 pieces, including 73 objects and 155 pictures. China Economic Net reporter Ma Changyan photo

Today, Anshunchang is a national key cultural relics protection unit. In 1996, Anshunchang was officially named as the patriotic education base in Sichuan Province and one hundred patriotic education bases for primary and middle school students in China. In May, 2004, the Memorial Hall of the Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army crossing the Dadu River, which was inscribed by Jiang Zemin himself, was built. The museum is located in the north of Anshun Field, together with the monument in the planned ruins park. More than 200 cultural relics are preserved in the museum, which is really precious. On June 1, 2013, it successfully passed the acceptance of the national expert group of national AAAA-level tourist attractions.

While remembering the revolutionary ancestors, the descendants of Anshunchang continued to carry forward the spirit of the Long March by developing productive forces. Shi Xia, head of Anshun Yi people’s township, told reporters that their thinking on the road to a well-off society is: taking poverty alleviation and development as the main line, expanding characteristic industries and promoting farmers to increase production and income; Based on the orientation of strengthening the countryside by industry, accelerate the transformation and upgrading, and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the rural economy; Consolidate the achievements of post-disaster reconstruction, strengthen the management of new villages, and strive to create beautiful new villages after the disaster.

Take Xinchang village as an example. Xinchang village is located in the southwest of Shimian county, 15 kilometers away from the county, with an area of 22.4 square kilometers and an average elevation of 1450 meters. There are 9 villagers’ groups with 546 households and 1,720 people, of whom ethnic minorities account for 29.4%. It is a typical poverty-stricken village of ethnic minorities in the middle and high mountains, with harsh natural conditions, backward infrastructure, generally low income of the people and backward concepts. The Yi people have long lived in a state of mixed people and animals and no toilets. At the same time, Xinchang village is also the coverage area of the red tourism ring road in the old revolutionary base area, and it is one of the seven rivers in the Republic of China; In 1935, the Long March of the Central Red Army passed by.

In recent years, Xinchang Village has been striving for "4" around the goal of building a "happy and beautiful demonstration village in the middle and high mountains"·20 "Lushan strong earthquake recovery and reconstruction and the" double-linked "work opportunity of the provincial party committee and government, adhere to the concept of" integration of production and village, combination of construction and reform, and equal emphasis on construction and management ",actively explore the construction mode of" one building with eight reforms "in the middle and high mountain minority areas, take the new village as an industry, promote income through industry, and strive to create a happy and beautiful new village" Xinyi Village on the Red Army Road and a happy home on the Anning Lake ".

Anshun ancient street. The ancient street mainly covers the north-south area of Anshunchang and the core area of the old street. The street is paved with bluestone slabs. The surrounding houses adopt the imitation Ming and Qing architectural style with western Sichuan characteristics, with black and white as the main tone, antique and full of charm. Being in it seems to be in the long river of history, highlighting the heavy, vicissitudes and magnificent historical and cultural charm. China Economic Net reporter Ma Changyan photo

With the great help and support of all levels and departments, Xinchang village has taken on a brand-new look, the production and living conditions of middle and high mountain minority villages have stepped over 20 years, and the village has made great progress in mental outlook, industrial development, new village management and civilized atmosphere, and has successively won the honorary titles of "Demonstration Village with Beautiful Environment in Sichuan Province" and "Happy beautiful countryside in Sichuan Province".

Ten most difficult languages to learn in the world

In the international linguistic field, Japanese, Italian and Spanish are recognized as three languages with beautiful pronunciation, among which Japanese ranks first. In linguistics, there is an accepted standard to evaluate whether the pronunciation of a language is beautiful, that is, the ratio of the number of consonants to the number of vowels is appropriate, and it is better to be one to one, such as "さくら", whose pronunciation is [s]a[k]ua (I deliberately put consonants in square brackets). You see, one. On the contrary, look at this English (forum) word script. Its pronunciation is [skr]i[pt], with five consonants and a vowel. In such a language, the pronunciation is ugly. English and Chinese are not the best. If you see that Chinese has the most votes in the voting, it is normal. We are all Chinese, and we will all vote for our mother tongue, so foreigners will not think so.

In fact, among the ten most difficult languages in the world published by UNESCO, Chinese ranks first. Considering that we have all learned the most difficult language in the world, are you afraid of anything else?

How can a person complain when he can’t understand what another person is saying? People from all over the world have said:

English: "It is Greek to me!" ("It’s just Greek!" )

South African: "Dis Grieks vir my!" (Greek again)

Latin: "Graecum est; Non potestlegi. "(or Greek)

Portuguese: "E grego para mim." (continue Greek)

Polish: "Tojest Dlaminie Greka!" (still Greek)

But there is another saying in Polish: "Tojest Dlaminie Chinszczyzna!" (Chinese)

Dutch: "Dat is Latijns voor mij!" (Latin, this is the most commonly used expression, and unfortunately there are Chinese and Spanish)

So how does Greek, which is surrounded by a large number of people, express this meaning?

Greek: "μ ουιντ α ιννζιο" ("It sounds just like Chinese")

Then Chinese began to be watched:

Hebrew: "Nishma c’moh sinit! "("It sounds like Chinese! " )

Romanian: "Parca e Chineza!" ("It looks like Chinese!" )

Russian: "этодляменякитайскаяг" )

Serbian-Croatian: "To je za mene kineski." ("This is Chinese for me." )

It is said that Chinese is also surrounded by other languages, but no specific explanation can be found, including Estonian, Flemish, Hungarian, Swiss German and Tagalog.

There are also some languages that watch Chinese and other languages at the same time:

Finnish: "Onpas Kiinalainen jutuu!" ("What kind of Chinese stuff is this!" )

Finnish: "Se on minulle taytta hepreaa." ("This is Hebrew to me." )

Hebrew is also often watched:

French: "C’est de l’hébreu pour moi." ("This is Hebrew for me." )

German and Czech like to watch Spanish:

Czech: "To je pro mne Spanělska vesnice."

German: "Das kommt mir spanish vor."

So who is watching in Spanish?

Spanish: "Para mi es chino." (Chinese again …)

Italian onlookers Turkish:

Italian: "Questo e turco per me."

Turkish looks at Arabic: "Anladimsa arab olayim." ("If I can understand it, I will be an Arab." )

Arabic looks at Persian: "Kalam ajami." ("It sounds like Persian to me." )

Persian onlookers Turkish: "Turki gofti?" ("Did you speak Turkish just now?" )

Then there are some languages that really don’t know who to watch, so:

Bulgarian: "Tova za mene sa ieroglifi." ("These look like hieroglyphics to me." )

Danish: "Det er det rene volapyk for mig." ("For me, this is purely Vo Lapke."

This sentence is so strong that I went to google to find out: Volapük is the first successful artificial language and the pioneer of Esperanto. )

Finally, it is the most powerful statement:

Chinese: "it’s just listening to the gobbledygook!" " (Hujiang English Network)
