As we all know, Chery has two major brands, Xingtu and Jietu, among which Xingtu is a high-end brand that Chery strives to build, aiming at enhancing the overall brand image of Chery Group. Not long ago, Chery Holding Group listed Starway Eta Ursae Majoris, released Chery Tiggo 9 and Jetway Traveler. Unexpectedly, the prices of these three cars have not been opened, and there is a strong competitive relationship between them. In people’s eyes, other brands are killing each other, while Chery is killing itself.

Since Starway is a high-end brand of Chery, it has to keep a distance from Chery, such as Toyota and Lexus, Volkswagen and Audi. At present, Starway’s products include Zhuifeng, Lingyun, Eta Ursae Majoris, Lanyue, etc., with prices ranging from 100,000 to 250,000 yuan. Theoretically speaking, the target of Xingtu brand should be Lingke and Wei brand, but the price of others has exceeded 300 thousand, and Xingtu is still hovering in the price range of more than 100 thousand yuan. The implementation of digital China strategy needs high-level data element configuration to improve data science ability, and the development of high-quality cultural digitalization is inseparable from high-quality cultural data governance. The proportion of artificial intelligence used in China and the huge amount of data generated will make China the largest data circle in the world. Therefore, we should activate the potential and value of cultural data elements through high-quality cultural data governance.

In the process of mass data generation, data science ability should be planned as the strategy and core ability of cultural institutions’ innovation and development. The large-scale application of artificial intelligence is unstoppable, and the lack of computing power of existing artificial intelligence is an urgent problem to be solved. In the development of cultural undertakings, the efficient storage, processing and presentation of multi-source heterogeneous data in national cultural venues in provinces, cities and counties will be accelerated through generative artificial intelligence, which will change the past lack of data analysis support and rely only on some experience to analyze and study the history of cultural undertakings. Using the pre-estimated results of system simulation and integrating multi-group, multi-scene, multi-time and multi-probability simulation processes will greatly improve the efficiency of cultural decision-making and reduce possible costs, and take the lead in realizing cultural decision-making in the national strategy of building a digital twin city according to local conditions.

With the development of generative artificial intelligence, natural language processing in the cultural field is also undergoing tremendous changes, and its development trend is forming a symbiotic form of human natural language and artificial intelligence language. Because there are many and miscellaneous sources of existing research data, when high-quality and low-quality data are mixed together, artificial intelligence can easily learn "wrong data", which is wrong at the beginning, which will naturally affect efficiency and even accuracy, and intelligent recommendation algorithms can easily form an information cocoon with single and one-sided knowledge, which needs to play an irreplaceable role in human brain wisdom. Human-computer collaboration is undoubtedly the future development trend. At the same time, generative artificial intelligence also causes more problems in the reality of human body, voice and image, which requires technology and human wisdom to distinguish.

Under the background of great changes in the past century and the continuous updating and iteration of the new generation of information technology, the boundaries of generative artificial intelligence are constantly expanding, which will have a far-reaching impact on data security and even national cultural security.
